1. Information We Collect

Wow Derma collects personal details including patient names, contact telephone numbers, email addresses, medical appointment histories, and physical delivery addresses when you schedule a dermatologist consultation or purchase clinical skincare and hair products through our website.

2. Dual Merchant Payment Processing

Payment transactions are securely processed via Razorpay. We strictly operate two isolated merchant accounts:

• Clinic Consultation Stream: Direct settlement to the clinic account for dermatologist consultations and clinical procedures.
• Clinical Skincare E-Commerce Stream: Direct settlement to the store retail sales account for purchased products.

We do not store your raw credit/debit card numbers or UPI MPIN on our servers. All financial data is encrypted and handled under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance by Razorpay.

3. Google Calendar & Communications

When booking an appointment, our system communicates with Google Calendar API solely to reserve the requested doctor slot and send calendar reminders to your email. We do not access or read your personal private calendars.
