1. Appointment Booking & Consultation Fees
An online appointment booking fee of ₹500 (or as specified per treatment) is required to reserve the doctor's exclusive time slot. This fee is 100% adjustable against any final treatment bill (e.g. acne scar revision, laser melasma toning, trichology GFC therapy, paediatric skin care) performed at Wow Derma Clinic.
2. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling: Patients can reschedule appointments free of cost up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled slot by calling our desk at +91 98765 43210.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be eligible for a 100% full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- No-Shows / Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior or failure to attend without notice are non-refundable to compensate for doctor consultation reservation time.
3. E-Commerce Product Orders & Shipping
Clinical skincare, hair density serums, and paediatric baby care products are dispatched within 24 business hours via express courier. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days across India. Free delivery is provided on orders above ₹799.
4. Product Returns & Replacements
Due to strict medical hygiene and sterile safety protocols, opened or used topical products (serums, creams, cleansers) cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged in transit or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for an immediate replacement.
